Images are captured to identify the vehicle, not the occupant(s), therefore we cannot guarantee that images will help to identify the driver.

However, if you would like to request copies of the photographic evidence please complete the form below and your eligibility will be checked. In accordance with GDPR, images may only be made available to the registered keeper or, thereafter, the nominated driver under certain conditions.

Please note: Request for images will not delay the legal process, you are still legally required to complete and return the Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) within 28 days. You will be contacted using the email address provided so please ensure this information is correct. If you do not receive an email please check junk and spam folders.
